Kevin Henry has been in the property business for twenty five years. He owns and manages several blocks of flats in the Liverpool and Preston areas. He manages several Right to Manage companies. He carries out surveys and valuations of residential, commercial, office and retail properties. He holds the following qualifications/ accreditations:

He recently served a three year term on the board of the Chartered Institute of Housing. He also served a spell on the board of the Residential Property Surveyors Association.
