Director and Chartered Surveyor
Kevin Henry has been in the property business for over twenty five years. He owns and manages several blocks of flats in the Liverpool and Preston areas. He manages several Right to Manage companies. He carries out surveys and valuations of residential, commercial, office and retail properties. He holds the following qualifications/accreditions:
– BA (Hons)
– Associate – Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
– Member – Residential Property Surveyors Association
– Member – Institute of Rating, Revenues and Valuations
– Associate – Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
– Recognised European Valuer
– RICS Certificate in Residential Valuation Methodology
– RICS Certificate in Commercial Valuation Methodology
– Regulated by RICS
– Licensed by RICS to undertake Level 1 and Level 2 Home Surveys – Home Buyer reports
